Ride and Stride 2024
Welcome to our website for this year's event.
The challenge
From 1st July to 8th September the challenge is to visit as many churches as possible to discover symbols and answer clues. You can use any form of transport you like – from motorbike to mobility scooter, from push bike to bus, from Shank’s pony to a real horse from a Segway to a car.
Entry forms
Entry forms cost £5.00 and are available from churches across the Island and the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal in Douglas. If you struggle to find one, please contact us.
Maps
There are maps of the Island to show where the churches are. These have been prepared for the event by the Government Mapping Service and can be downloaded here.
MAIN PRIZE
One lucky winner will receive:
A £100 Voucher towards a return ticket
for a car + passengers from the Steam Packet.
Sponsorship forms
If you would like to be sponsored by the number of churches you visit for an Island Church of your choice, please download the sponsorship form. Please take a selfie at each church so that your sponsors can see the adventure you’ve been on.
